Our Process

At Riverbend Sandler, our pool and spa building process always puts you first.

We understand that you’ll be eager to enjoy your new pool, which is why we make the entire process as seamless as possible.

We’ve spent more than 40 years working with clients throughout Dallas, Prosper, McKinney, and the North Texas area.

To start your pool journey, contact Riverbend Sandler today.

1

First appointment

We’ll begin with a consultation at your home, getting to know you and your preferences. We’ll discuss your vision for your new pool, making a list of all the elements you wish to incorporate.

At this stage, our designer will also measure your yard and we will request a copy of the site survey to take with us.

2

Design and create the proposal

Next, our award-winning designers will get to work.

Based on your wishes, they’ll create a 3D design and 2D AutoCAD drawing that will make the proposal that we’ll present to you.

3

Initial Design

Following this initial visit, our designer will draw up ideas for your new pool and a rough estimate of what the work will cost. If you are happy with what you see, more detailed plans will be completed together with a more precise estimate. This is also your chance to add extras to your new pool or spa, such as an outside kitchen, a fire pit, or an arbor or cabana.

4

Second appointment

Our second appointment will take place at our offices in Plano. Here, we’ll walk you through our 5,500 sq ft Dream Center showroom, giving you an insight into the Riverbend Sandler difference.

We’ll then present our design and proposal to you, providing you the opportunity to give any feedback or suggest any changes. Materials will also be selected at this stage.

5

Permitting phase

Once designs have been finalized, we’ll begin the process of organizing paperwork and permits for the build. We’ll obtain approvals from the city, the electricity provider, and from the HOA for client requests. Any loans obtained for the pool project are closed with the process typically taking between six to eight weeks.

6

Construction begins

Next, we can start building your dream pool. Construction usually takes between 12 to 14 weeks, but this will vary from project to project. Weather conditions and the complexity of your build can also impact completion time.

Our philosophy has always been, ‘Don’t cut corners. Take a little more time to build it right and never compromise quality craftsmanship.’

We employ more in-house craftsmen than any other pool builder in the DFW Metroplex.

7

Helping your pool last a lifetime

Once the build has been completed, we’ll continue to support you with our range of maintenance services that will help your pool last a lifetime. As a full-service, quality pool construction company, we stand by the quality of our offerings today and tomorrow.

Since we opened our doors we’ve built more than 200,000 pools, spas, and water features and are continually recognized by peers in our industry for our excellence.
