Responsibilities:

 Salary plus commission on sales during the first-6 months transitioning to a draw against sales commission

Renovation Construction Manager

Job Objective: Independently responsible for the development and performance of all Renovation Construction activities in RSP market. Direct renovation superintendents, project managers, and renovation construction crews throughout all phases of the renovation construction process.   • Conduct daily routine job site visits to ensure projects are on course.
  • Develop a job phase communication process and ensure customers, processing, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholders have consistent and sustained communication on each project.

  • Provide monthly feedback to the DCS regarding each Project manager’s performance.

  • Control labor costs and expenses to meet budget guidelines.

  • Review sales records (dashboard) of all leads, quote ratios, and sales activity reports with Design Consultants monthly.
  • Ensure Design Consultants have updated pictures on iPads, Laptops, or presentation platform of choice.

Sales Management
  • Assist each DC with monthly goals by to achieve team/company goals.

  • Maintain prescribed gross profit percentage on Renovation Sales.
  • Provide monthly feedback to the General Manager regarding each Design Consultant’s performance and coaching plans.

  • Maintain sales team quote ratio of 85% or better versus sales leads.
  • Broadcast MTD performance to sales team three times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) with enthusiasm, excitement, acknowledgement, and encouragement.
  • Review and audit sold client files for company required information.
  • Ensure all customer construction/plan change addendums are completed and turned into accounting and construction in a timely manner.
  • Ensure each salesperson contacts all new leads within 24 hours of receiving.
  • Ensure team members use company CRM / ERP detailing each customer contact and in which stage the lead sits.

  • Make in-field calls (#1) with each sales consultant once a month to insure they are following company procedures.
  • Personally sell a minimum of 5 Renovation Projects per month or a minimum of 900K annually.
  • Maintain a fun, upbeat, positive, encouraging environment for the sales team and foster relationships and partnerships within all departments.
