North Texas continues to experience unprecedented weather causing significant power outages throughout the Metroplex. As a result, our offices have been affected by power outages causing intermittent phone and network service.
Many of you have power outages that have caused your pools, pumps, plumbing, pipes, and equipment to freeze. As you make plans to schedule a service call, please use the link below to access the Service Request form, fill it out and submit it. This will be the most efficient way to get your request in the queue for scheduling. As we anticipate limited staff being able to return when power is restored, using our portal will free up our team to get requests processed as quickly as possible and technicians scheduled in the field.
Our team will be extending hours of operation to service each request once our technicians are able to return to work and service your equipment. We will continue to follow this schedule until we can catch up on the anticipated high demand for service calls. Please keep in mind that the timeline between your request and someone coming to your home may be longer than anticipated.
