Riverbend Sandler Earns APSP International Awards of Excellence
We are proud to announce that Riverbend Sandler has earned two International Awards of Excellence from the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. The APSP received hundreds of submissions for 2018, and it is a privilege to win these coveted awards that recognize and celebrate the most innovative and creative pool and spa projects from around the globe.
Creative in Small Spaces
We earned a Silver Award in the “Residential Concrete Pools – Traditional – 600 Sq. Ft. or Less” category. While designing and building a pool in a small space is always a challenge, it’s one that our team at Riverbend Sandler is more than happy to take on.
With the yard set along the side of this Plano property, our design team followed the shape of the home to maximize the available square footage and incorporated a small formal pool with a luxurious raised infinity spa for this award-winning design. Worked into the design is a beautiful water feature wall which is not only visually stunning but creates the effect of the property having a larger sized swimming pool.
Going the Distance for Clients
We also earned a Bronze Award in the “Residential Concrete Pools – Pools with a Vanishing Edge – 601 Sq. Ft. or More” category. For over a year, our pool design and building team worked with various on-site contractors on this new home construction site in Dallas to ensure that the pool matched the tone and style of the French Chateau being built.
This formal pool design features specially-ordered custom materials, gorgeous interior tiling and sheer descents. The raised spa and vanishing edge which seamlessly flows into a fountain truly transforms this pool into spectacular backyard centerpiece.
